Tsumugu Mono plot

Takeo works as an artisan at Echizen Washi (a traditional washi paper manufacturer). Since his wife passed away, Takeo has not been surrounded by other people due to his bad mood. Suddenly he collapses because of a brain tumor, weakening half of his body. Due to his poor health, he needs help. He finds it in the person of South Korean Yona, who comes to Fukui Prefecture to take care of him.
