Tredowata plot
Rich young Count Waldemar falls in love with his niece's governess and wants to marry her. But his family does not like such a marriage that is below his means and wants him to marry the beautiful Melania Barska, the daughter of a count. The only support he gets is his grandfather, who was in love with the girl's grandmother when he was young, but was forced into a marriage of convenience. Will Waldemar do what his family asks or does he listen to his heart?
