Inventor Fred Dennis is looking for financial support to complete his television invention. However, Fred gets support from corrupt businessman John Curtis. In addition, Fred has to deal with a gang of mobsters, who try to steal his invention and sell it to the highest bidder. With the help of a futuristic TV camera, brave Barbara "Bobby" Blake manages to track down the gangster gang.
