Trade Winds plot

In the beautiful Caribbean, two prominent families have been fighting for sole rule over the island for decades. The Sommers family runs the elegant Trade Winds hotel while Christof Philips rules the Paradise Rum Empire. In an attempt to reconcile, the Philips family invites the Sommers to a party in honor of the return of granddaughter Maxine Philips. This is the start of even more trouble. The young, exotic Maxine falls in love with adventurer Ocean Sommers. The two young lovers secretly spend as much time as possible together. Until one day a drama unfolds: while diving for treasure, Maxine's brother is killed and Ocean is accused of murder. All the speculation and accusations cause the families to become diametrically opposed again. It looks like the secret of the seabed will ruin the families forever.
