Tokyo Nowaru plot

"Another Tokyo, another me"

Three different stories set in Tokyo at night. All the stories are about women with emotional problems. "Birthday" is about 34-year-old Mari. She is single and hasn't been on a date in years, she feels completely useless. One evening, on her way home, she encounters a mysterious man. In "Girl's Life" we follow student Miyuki. She was dumped by her boyfriend, and now works as a masseuse next to her studies. "Night Lovers" is about 24-year-old Nao. After her boyfriend disappears without any notice, she is no longer herself. She wanders aimlessly through Tokyo at night, hoping to bump into her missing friend.
