Cokeville is a peaceful Wyoming town where the neighbors know each other and a single police officer guarantees safety. As a teacher, Jake Downey has just completed a few years of trouble school in LA and is happy with the rural tranquility. But unfortunately that is short-lived, because the psychopath David Young plans a hostage action.
