To Azadi plot

The authorities in Iran have decided that the boys in a penitentiary will be pardoned and allowed to return to their families or children's homes. However, on the day of the release, Mohsen Ghaderi's parents do not show up and the orphan Sohrab is not allowed in a children's home. The well-meaning director and a social worker try to do everything they can to get the two in the right place, but they actually prefer to stay in the penitentiary.
