Tin plot

In West Cornwall, 1895, the inhabitants of a remote mining village have depended on the local tin mine for generations. However, this one has had its day and it looks like the mine will close. Residents' lives are threatened when the local bank scams them by selling worthless shares. When it suddenly turns out that the mine delivers new treasures, the shares become worth something and the bank plays hard against hard. The fate of the entire community now depends on the courage of a feisty young girl who tries to save the town.
