Through the Valley plot

Jaime Flores is a young man who tries to make a difference in the world by helping children to stay away from the path he once walked. But his brother and the life they grew up in drag him back to the perils of the inner city. He is framed for murder and the local prosecutor doesn't give a damn about the guilt or innocence of the accused. He's just out to get a high conviction rate.
