Frank Serano and Don Walters are undercover police officers who are sent to a high school dominated by three gangs. White Don tries to infiltrate the Anglo gang 'The Royals', led by Buck Madison, while Frank, who is of Hispanic and African American descent, wants to infiltrate the black gang 'Ebonys'. In addition, both must also keep an eye on the Mexican-American gang, the 'Caballeros'. Frank fails to infiltrate the Ebonys and Caballeros, but he can befriend Lola Montalvo, a beautiful Mexican-American girl who is in love with him. But Frank soon has to deal with Lola's aggressive brother Manuel, one of the leaders of the Caballeros.
