The Young Unknowns plot

Charlie Fox, 23 years old, lives in LA He is a product of divorced parents. His father lives in London, his mother in Vermont. The rift came when Charlie was twelve years old due to a drunken fit from his mother, who is an alcoholic. He and his girlfriend are sitting at the pool when his friend, the partygoer, comes by. Everything spirals out of control: drunk, drug use, broken nose. Also on that day he discovers that his mother has died. The confrontation with the loss of the love of a mother he never had, but needs, as he realizes, is urgent. It's the beginning of adulthood!
