The Year of the French plot

The story of a group of French soldiers who leave for Ireland in 1798. Their mission is to support Irish rebels in their struggle against British rule. The British Commander in Chief is Lord Cornwallis. This Cornwallis has had to give up America before, at the hands of the American rebels. However, these rebels were also supported by the French.
