The Yankee Clipper plot

In the mid-19th century, two heads of state simultaneously plan a strategy to dominate the tea trade with China. On the one hand, Lord Huntington is appointed by Queen Victoria to maintain British ascendancy. On the other hand, US President Zachary Taylor sends heir Hal Winslow in his fast new ship the Yankee Clipper to do the same.
