Harry Brown (Ian McShane) is a rough student at Kilminster University who makes friends easily. He is also a popular person with the ladies and even Professor Chown's wife has a crush on Harry. He is temporarily suspended for his behavior and upon his return, he decides to perform a dangerous stunt, which is to hang a banner on the shaky tower of the university building.
