"It's Harder to Win When you Play by the Rules!"

Bruise Brubaker (Mr. T), a bouncer at a nightclub, is busy helping street children in his shelter. When his center's funding is compromised, he has to look for additional funds. To keep his center alive, Brubaker takes part in the "Toughest Man in the World" competition for a $100,000 prize pool.
