The Three Ages of Sasha plot

When Jackie meets Nasir, it is love at first sight. They marry and have a baby, named Sasha. However, Nasir turns out to be a controlling and aggressive husband, and Sasha, as she grows from baby to child to young adult, witnesses constant domestic violence.
