The River Pirate plot

The mischievous Sandy lives in Manhattan on the waterfront. Despite being innocent in a certain case, he is nevertheless sentenced to a parenting school. There he meets the delinquent Fritz, who has to teach the art of sailing at this school. Fritz is later paroled and he helps Sandy escape and then teaches him to steal from warehouses. In the harbor, Sandy meets Marjorie Cullen, the daughter of a detective. She wants to try to get Sandy on the right path.
