The Pilot's Wife plot

Kathryn Lyons has a perfect marriage, a lovely husband, a teenage daughter and a beautiful home. Her life suddenly changes when someone knocks on her door in the middle of the night. Kathryn is told that the plane her husband was on has exploded over the ocean and that all 103 passengers have died. Her grief turns to shock when the plane's black box is found. Authorities suggest that responsibility for the crash lies with her husband. In an effort to clear her husband's name, she finds out that she actually didn't know her husband at all in 16 years of marriage. Kathryn's quest leads to England where she completes the pieces of the puzzle of her husband's mysterious life and is confronted with feelings for a mysterious stranger who helps her through her grief.
