The Miracle Man plot

"The photoplay that reaches the soul"

In New York's Chinatown, four crooks hatch a plan to defraud a small New England town. The gang consists of Tom Burke, the head of the group, Rose, a con artist who pretends to be a prostitute, 'The Dope', who pretends to be her boss, and 'The Frog', a contortionist. The plan is clear: In a small town outside Boston, there is a patriarch who has healed people. The group travels to the city and plans to use faith healing as a cover for their shady practices.
