The Lovebirds plot
"Six stories about love, life and survival."
Six stories about friendship, love, life, passion, loneliness and hope. The story follows an American artist who flirts with a girl on the subway. He follows her through dark alleys, enchanted by the resemblance she bears to his dead wife. Next, we follow two petty thieves breaking into a fancy apartment, arguing over an old love who is trying to separate them. An old director, trying to make a boxing movie, argues with a movie star and a real boxer. The boxer has too much pride to be knocked out during a scene. The director will have to use all his charm and wisdom to finish his last film. Finally, we see an estranged taxi driver brutally murder a prostitute.
