The Last Angry Man plot
A television producer reads in the newspaper about an old doctor who helps patients in a poor neighborhood for two or three dollars a doctor's visit. The producer wants to start a new program about everyday American heroes and wants to use the doctor for his first episode... but the old doctor wants nothing to do with it unless he gets to say what he wants - especially about the sponsor of the program, a major drug manufacturer.
