The Issue with Elvis plot
Michael Mercer is a retired botanist who lives in a cabin. He is an expert in fungi and collects different types of mushrooms. During one of his hikes in the mountains of West Virginia, he comes across a runaway boy named Elvis. The boy lives in a broken school bus on the grounds of an abandoned amusement park. One evening, Elvis follows the botanist home, then the scientist decides to take him in. As they begin to get to know each other, Michael unravels the mystery of Elvis through his own investigation.
