The International Sign for Choking plot
Josh (Zach Weintraub), is an American photographer who is in Buenos Aires for an assignment. Josh gradually becomes absorbed in his work to photograph interesting places around Buenos Aires, but is distracted from his task by the arrival of his new roommate Anna (Sophie Takal). At first they only make contact and don't tend to cross paths, but eventually they find an unexpected spark that is expressed less in words than by look and touch.
