The Hostage Heart plot

A publicity-shy billionaire secretly undergoes heart surgery. During the grueling operation, the treatment room is occupied by terrorists, who take the man hostage and demand a large ransom of no less than ten million dollars. It turns out that the medical staff cannot be trusted completely either.
