The womanizer Jean Paurel is a famous opera star. Jean agrees to help young Diana Page with her singing career and then take advantage of her. But instead, Jean falls in love with her. Things get complicated for Jean when his deputy Carlo turns out to be an old flame of Diana's, who is trying to rekindle their former relationship.
