The Grace of Jake plot

"Revenge on his mind. Forgiveness in his heart."

Newly released from prison, hot-tempered musician Jake steals a car and bids farewell to California. Its destination is Palestine in Arkansas, population 678 souls. It is there where between cotton fields and dirt roads, his father Henry lives and works as a crop duster pilot. Jake never met his father, but he does hold him responsible for everything that went wrong in his life.
