dr. MacNeill is married to former beauty queen Michele and together they have eight children. MacNeill is the mainstay of the local community and his daughter Alexis adores him. Like him, she wants to become a doctor by profession. Everything changes when MacNeill convinces Michele to undergo plastic surgery. Michele is prescribed medication and dies a mysterious death.
