The Gift of Love plot

A retired Idaho carpenter seems doomed by a heart condition. Then he gets the heart of his grandson, which gives him the chance of a second life. He seems to have completely lost his zest for life, but finds it again when he helps a runaway girl who is on the run from the police. The bond he builds with her helps him rebuild his relationship with his daughter.
