The Far Call plot

Pal Loring plans to rob the seal farm on St. Paul Island in the Bering Sea. He goes to explore the island and he meets Hilda Larsen, the daughter of the island's governor. Later, Hilda discovers that Pal is the long-lost son of Paul Webber. During his lifetime, Webber was a highly respected member of the community on the island. Pal then decides to abandon the robbery, but his former accomplice London Nick thinks otherwise...
