A young woman inherits a plantation in Jamaica. She moves from Harlem to Jamaica to take over the business, where her half-sister, who had run the plantation until then, has disappeared. But what she doesn't know is that this sister plans to use local traditions and superstitions to instill so much fear in her that she can take over the plantation again.
