The Days Ahead plot

Anthology film set in an alternate world where nuclear war has broken out. Three separate stories show how people in Britain cope with the aftermath of such a devastating attack. In "Stranded," set in an office, several employees are forced to stay put until they know what to do. "Prepared" centers on a man protecting his wife and daughter as they barricade themselves in their home. In the final story, "Post," a family man seeks refuge in a bunker with his wife and daughter.
