The Dark Swan plot

The femme fatale Eve Quinn generally knows what to do with the men, while her quiet and thoughtful sister Cornelia cannot bring herself to deliberately pursue them. Eve manages to win over Lewis Dike, whom Cornelia loves. Immediately after her wedding, Eve experiences a series of risky adventures with Wilfred Meadows. This has the necessary consequences.
