The Crooked Road plot
John Vincent, a respected member of the corporate world, is about to marry his beloved Louise when his past comes back to haunt him. Unbeknownst to his fiancée or friends, Vincent escaped years earlier from Dartmoor, an English prison in which he was imprisoned. Twenty years later, his old cellmate, Gobel, tracks down Vincent in Los Angeles and demands $100,000 for his silence.
