The Cowboy and the Ballerina plot

Bob Clayton (Lee Majors) is a man of few words but someone who nevertheless knows how to make himself very clear. He is a former rodeo world champion and is still working as a rodeo rider to match this feat. One day he meets the Russian ballerina Natalia (Leslie Wing) who is on tour but has not seen her mother for a long time and would like to visit her in New York.
