The Color of Love: Jacey's Story plot

As if it wasn't bad enough for Georgia (Gena Rowlands) that her daughter has passed away, she also gets the tug-of-war over her granddaughter. She wants to take care of her, but Lou (Louis Gossett Jr.), the girl's grandfather, wants that too. After much bickering back and forth, the two oldsters come to the conclusion that this is not the way to stand by their beloved granddaughter.
