The Christmas Spark plot

After being passed over for a promotion, Adrian, a lawyer going through a midlife crisis, takes on a new challenge. He enrolls in firefighter training. During this training, he befriends Sarah, an adventurous elementary school teacher. Their bond surprises them both. However, Adrian soon discovers that his cadet training partner, Charlie, is Sarah's son. Charlie is determined to follow in his late father's footsteps and disapproves of Adrian's presence in both the cadet training program and his mother's life.
