The Broken Melody plot

John Ainsworth helps the University of Sydney win a rowing race against the University of Melbourne. While they celebrate at a nightclub, John flirts with a woman named Ann Brady. This leads to a fight and John is sent away. Then one night he sees a woman trying to commit suicide by jumping into the water. It turns out to be Ann.
