The Breaking of the Drought plot

Due to a prolonged drought, Jo Galloway loses his sheep farm Wallaby Station to the bank. He moves to the city with his wife and daughter, to be near their son Gilbert. However, it turns out that Gilbert has been embezzling the family's money and is working with con artist Varsy Lyddleton and femme fatale Olive Lorette.
