In the year 1968, a group of gay friends are invited to New York by the screenwriter Michael. Occasion is the birthday of their mutual friend Harold. After a few drinks, the gang gets an unexpected visit from Michael's roommate Alan. This reveals secrets and jeopardizes friendships.
