The Boys plot

Writers Walter (James Woods) and Artie (John Lithgow) have been working together for years and are best friends. Artie is an incorrigible chain smoker, but it turns out that it is Walter who is suffering from lung cancer. Accused by his wife of causing Walter's illness, Artie fears his friend will commit suicide and never loses sight of him.
