The Bitter Tears of Zahra Zand plot
During the Iranian Revolution in 1979, Zahra Zand flees her home country and travels to London where she moves into an apartment. In this new country, however, she is no longer the famous fashion designer she was and she also has to deal with her recent divorce. When she cannot let go of the past, she ends up in a downward spiral. In the meantime, Zahra meets the young and free-spirited Sheila.
