The Betrayers plot

Yalta, just before the Russo-Ukrainian War in February 2022. Baruch, a former Soviet dissident and Israeli politician, flees to Yalta with Leora, his younger mistress, to leave his wife and political problems in Jerusalem behind. Yalta, once important to him, has changed since the Russian annexation of Crimea. Their refuge is disrupted by an encounter with a man from Baruch's Soviet past, whose decisions were life-changing.
