"Live Again through the Ecstasy of Young Love"
Tess Howland has lived with her father, Captain Howard, all her life. He thinks that Tess is getting too old to go to sea with him, so he moves with her to a small house on the coast of Maine. However, the local millionaire has a crush on the land the house is on and does everything he can to scare the Howlands away.
