Terminal Sud plot
An unnamed country in North Africa, probably a former French colony, is in utter chaos. Kidnappings, robberies, murders and torture are the order of the day. The law of the fittest applies and no one can be trusted. Armed groups do what they feel like, both the rebels, the military and the police. Under these extreme circumstances, a doctor tries to keep doing his job. Even though he has a drinking problem, there is nothing wrong with his work ethic, according to his girlfriend, who tries to convince him to leave the country.
