Tenkrát O Vánocích plot

Two days before Christmas Eve, Captain Hloušek's regiment manages to capture a village on a hill from the Germans. All is peaceful after that and from the German ranks classical music is heard from the speakers. The men ask if they can celebrate Christmas with the villagers and Captain Hloušek tends to agree. His lieutenant Jílek is strongly against this, but he is not trusted by the men. Captain Hloušek decides to investigate whether the Germans are planning something after all.
