Tender Loving Care plot

Amy is a Child Protective Services worker who has moved in with her best friend Rosie after a failed relationship. In her work at social services, Rosie deals with angry and vindictive clients on a daily basis. Meanwhile, Amy's parents worry about their daughter's happiness.
