Tautuktavuk plot

After a traumatic event in Igloolik, an Inuit settlement in Nunavut, Uyarak leaves her community and family to live in Montreal. When COVID-19 lockdowns cut off the Canadian Arctic from the rest of the world, she becomes even more separated from her best friend and eldest sister, Saqpinak. This extreme situation blurs the lines between the sisters' fictional lives and the real lives of directors Lucy Tulugarjuk and Carol Kunnuk, who play the sisters.
