Tale of a Tiger plot

"A young boy's courage and determination to take to the skies!"

10-year-old Orville is obsessed with airplanes, but he's not allowed to play with other kids who own model airplanes. He meets the old man Harry who owns a very old plane, a 'de Havilland Tiger Moth', which he maintains with great care and parks in a ship's shed. Orville and Harry become friends and the boy gets to spend his vacation with the old man. Together with three old pilots they try to get the plane ready to fly again, but then they are ambushed by a gang of villains...
