"Sometimes ordinary women become heroes."

Pat Melancon is a housewife on a mission. She has gone into battle against Shintech, a huge Japanese petrochemical giant. Shintech wants to build a new factory in Pat's already poisoned township. Along with several other activists, Pat continues into the governor's office.
