Sweet Sickness plot

Rin and Tetsuya have lived together in the family home since the tragic death of their parents and have supported each other through thick and thin from a young age. Now that they are adults and responsibilities and expectations increasingly affect their lives, the close bond between the two threatens to unravel. This particularly affects Tetsuya, who is increasingly distraught as he threatens to lose his sister.
